Return & Refund Policy (Custom Apparel)

Because all items are custom-made to order, all sales are final once production begins.

No Returns on Custom Orders

Custom apparel, personalized items, and made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases where we determine the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

If we confirm the issue is due to our error, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (partial or full)

Refund Determination

We reserve all rights to determine:

  • The validity and legality of any return or refund request

  • Whether a product qualifies as defective or incorrect

  • Whether a refund, credit, or replacement is due

All resolutions are determined solely by our team based on the details provided.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Customer-provided spelling/design errors

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Slight color variations (screen vs. print)

  • Change of mind after proof approval or production start

Chargebacks / Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account restriction

  • Future order refusal

  • Collection and dispute evidence submission (proofs, invoices, order confirmations)
